Every iPhone case we offer, from the 12 to the 17 series are fully MagSafe compatible.
2. How fast is the shipping?
For the USA, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with an average delivery time of 3–4 days. For EU orders, we offer both DHL eCommerce and DHL Express shipping options.

3. Do you provide Order Tracking?
Yes, we provide full order tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking code by email once production is complete and your order has shipped.
4. Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds on personalized cases unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If that happens, just email us at maxtree@skiingcreed.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — we’ll replace or refund it right away.
